Should the Warriors trade Monta Ellis?

So what does everyone think of the possibility of trading Ellis? Should the team find someone better to compliment Curry? Or is Ellis worth holding on to?

If you feel we should trade him, what do you think we could realistically get?

i would like to keep ellis. I think curry and ellis can work just fine together. however, i do think if we are gonna keep them both we need to get bigger at the 3,4, and 5 spots. we need to be more defensive to keep 2 guys that small at the 1 and 2 spot. maggette should only be a backup small forward hes to small for that position and is not the greatest at D. he should be 6th man coming in to spark some offense. NELLIE is a moron for ever playing him at PF and C. Yes maggette has his good days against the taller guys but more often then not he get torn up. he flops way to much and when hes the tallest we have out there and hes on the floor cause he flopped then its a easy bucket for the other team.

I think if we had to trade ellis i would want a guy like al jefferson and a pick would be nice for him. someone that is a good young veteran. i dont want a guy thats gonna leave after one season due to FA or retiring.

I agree. I would like to keep Ellis but is we did trade him, I would hope that it would be for some young talent. Does anyone have any news on teams that may still be interested and what they might give up?
